The project had previously experienced significant delays before ACINI was able to drive the project to a successful completion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acini\u2019s Solution \u2013 Strategic support and close cooperation with the customer to complete development and go-live<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acini provided senior-level architecture and developer expertise in PolicyCenter with a focus on architecture, business analysis, and solution design.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key contributions included:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implemented REST Full API integrations, both asynchronous and synchronous, taking into account the need for high performance\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generated policy documents and integrated with Document Management applications\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developed integration with data lake to ensure full policy life cycle was captured\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upgraded on-premises PolicyCenter from version 10.1 to 10.2.3 with path toward subsequent Cloud migration\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developed rollout strategy and imported Users, Groups, and Roles, across all global locations, for easy maintenance and support\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to our support, the go-live was a complete success, and the application continues to be enhanced in production.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Impact &#8211; Improved Underwriter Efficiency, Reduced Operational Costs and Achieved High Customer Satisfaction&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acini\u2019s contributions led to clear and lasting results by collaborating with Guidewire and client teams accelerating the development and ensuring a smooth deployment rollout. Underwriters were able to focus on risk management rather than keying data into multiple applications.
